UMW Play Lab and Autism Clinic works to provide much needed educational intervention to children with a wide variety of developmental disabilities (ID, Autism, DD, MR, SPD, ADHD, etc.). UMW students (future teachers) are trained in research-based strategies, run the play lab under faculty supervision and help train parents to work with their children with special needs.
