In Kenya's Kibera slum, the largest slum in Africa, Shining Hope for Communities (SHC) is changing lives. SHC's Kibera School for Girls provides a free education to its impoverished students, and The Shining Hope Community Center provides the whole community with essential services that are otherwise unavailable-health care, sanitary toilets, clean water and computer access and training.
