Bill Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Foundation that rescues dogs from the LA City Shelter System, and places them into loving homes. Since receiving its non-profit status and beginning operation in May 2000, Bill Foundation has rescued and placed over 1,500 dogs. Bill Foundation relies conpletely on donations to continue and expand its work. Every dollar contributed brings us closer to the day when no dogs are left behind to be euthanized.
